Very disappointing service

Had multiple issues with even trying to place the order even one item became unavailable before being sent. To then receive my entire order just thrown in a packing box with no protection or thought into it at all, and have something leak throughout the entire box leaving sticky residue over every single thing was so very upsetting.
Super sad to see the lack of care put into what could have been such a lovely company, thanks for the $2 refund.
