Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You are responsible to cover the cost of returning the goods to us for change of mind. A change of mind return will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned including personalised items unless they are faulty or damaged.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns based off change of mind or misuse will not be eligible.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are only applicable on orders that are faulty. To contact us regarding a refund for your product, please email us so we can discuss this. If your item is accepted for a refund, it will be refunded via the original payment method used within 5 business days.
If an item arrives faulty/incorrect please email us with your order number and images so we can rectify this ASAP.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been processed for change of mind, a 10% cancellation fee will apply to cover fees. (not eligible for custom orders)
